Imagine if your business were a board game...

Welcome to our in -house games development studio.

How would you win?

Is it the first player to get a million subscribers? The team who collects the most points at the end? Or perhaps the person who all the other players chooses to be the winner!

What might the purpose of the game be?

Is it about bringing families together? Changing the way industries think about their work? Or just to have fun?

The thing is…

Every organisation is already playing a game.

There are players.

There are goals.

There are obstacles.

There are rules.

There are decisions.

We simply make those invisible games visible.

By turning ideas, missions and challenges into experiences people can play.

Changing the way people think about food.

This game was developed for a food journalist who is on a mission to get people to think about where their food comes from and how good their food is for the environment.

The game was designed to spark conversation, reduce hierarchy and help the team connect in a more playful way during their first in-person retreat.

One day, the game might be part of an influencer marketing campaign for Deaku too!

So, how did we start making games?!

We ran out of games to play, so we made our own.

What began as a creative side project quickly turned into a genuine obsession with how games can help people connect, communicate and think differently.

Since then, we’ve created physical card games, board game concepts, workshop games and educational prototypes played by families, teams and communities.

Our brand Cats in Space has been created to help children interested in space. Our products aim to bring families together and off thier screens, to build connection and encourage creativity. Cats in Space has now expanded into activity packs including colouring, mazes, comic strips and so much more! We cannot wait to see where Cats in Space takes us!

Every game starts with a question

What are you trying to help people understand?

What conversation are you trying to start?

What assumption are you trying to challenge?

Maybe players are racing to build a thriving community.

Maybe they’re navigating the realities of remote work.

Maybe they’re experiencing a social issue from a completely different perspective.

Maybe they’re exploring your organisation’s values for the very first time.

Whatever the challenge, we work with you to transform ideas into playable experiences that people don’t just consume… they participate in.

How We Work

We Discover

We learn about your audience, your goals and the change you’re trying to create so we can develop the best game mechanic for your mission.

We Design

We develop concepts, themes and designs starting from a prototype to being ready for print.

We Test

Real people play the game. We decide what feedback is useful, learn what works and improve it.

We Launch

Once you are happy with your game, we can support you in launching your game too.
