Hello, I’m Toby 👋

Over the last decade, I’ve worked with ideas, communication and audience engagement through TEDx, startups, workshops, events and live experiences. Alongside curating and coaching hundreds of talks, I’ve spent years helping founders and teams shape ideas that people genuinely connect with and remember.

My experience working with startups has given me a real understanding of the challenges that come with building ambitious things. When you’re deep in the day-to-day of running a business, it’s easy for ideas to become overcomplicated, diluted or stuck in operational thinking.

I’m especially good at helping people step back, find clarity and shape ideas into something more focused, meaningful and impactful.
