You lead creative people to deliver creative solutions to your clients. Your ideas, execution and “woah, that’s good” level thinking set you apart.
But business is a busy place. If you don’t keep your pencils sharp, colours and edges can quickly fade. That’s why you invest in Continual Creative Development.
At Creative Biz Weirdos, we’re the weekday workshop wizards who keep your creative juices flowing, the weird and wonderful ideas popping, and the “I think there’s another way of looking at this” perspectives brewing.

No theory dumps. No complicated frameworks.
Everything we teach & discover is something your team can apply the same day.
People learn better when they enjoy the process.
Our sessions are hands-on, energising, and designed to spark new ways of thinking.
Every team is different, so every session is customised.
We work closely with you beforehand to understand your culture, challenges, and goals.
We give your team simple tools, templates, and exercises they can use again and again.
The learning doesn’t disappear once the workshop ends.
Anitia - Brand Values Workshop
We design experiences that shift how teams think, create and communicate together.
That might look like a one-day workshop, a multi-week programme or a retreat. The format is simply the container.
The real value is in what changes as a result:
the clarity your team gains, the ideas they generate, and the confidence they build to act on them.

Joint - Brand Values Workshop
Hi! We’re Toby and Zoe-Beth, creative educators, facilitators and builders of ideas.
Between us, we’ve spent years helping people shape ideas, tell stories, build confidence and create meaningful work without losing what makes them different.
Expect curiosity, energy, deep thinking, challenging questions and a healthy amount of weirdness.
Toby has spent the last decade working with ideas, helping founders, startups and speakers shape complex thinking into clear, meaningful communication.
From TEDx stages to leadership workshops and creative retreats, his work focuses on helping people find the thread in what they’re trying to say and build the confidence to share it.
He’s particularly good at cutting through noise, structuring ideas and helping teams communicate with more clarity, purpose and impact.
Zoe-Beth’s background zig-zags through dance, music, education, game design and entrepreneurship, giving her a unique ability to connect dots others often miss.
Her work focuses on helping people uncover patterns, unlock creativity and turn messy ideas into something exciting, practical and genuinely useful.
She brings energy, playfulness and sharp creative thinking into every workshop, helping teams feel safe enough to experiment, contribute and think differently.
