Who Are We?
We’re Toby Moore & Zoe-Beth, creative educators, storytellers, facilitators, and founders of Creative Biz Weirdos.
Together, we bring experience across TED & TEDx, brand strategy, learning design, creative education, music, product development, and even board-game creation.
Toby specialises in storytelling, communication, and idea clarity, shaped by 12 years coaching 120+ TEDx speakers and helping brands and space missions explain complex ideas simply.
Zoe-Beth brings expertise in creative systems, branding, teaching, and product creation, from leading bands and building Guitar With, to curating TEDxWorthing and co-creating Cats in Space.
We make big ideas feel simple, creativity feel doable, and learning feel human.
